wow what an awesome stay

friendly staffmassive workoutmoody waitresses

the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful i mean seriously they were very good. the workout room is massive and it has great spa facilities. the back side of the hotel is awesome with a staircase leading right to the ocean for a swim. plus the hotel is close to local food places so that is fantastic.

i found that some of the waitresses seemed a bit moody . they kept the heating on all day and night too so it was so hot and they refused to give us a fan. it made the room uncomfortable at times

the breakfast had a wide variety though its quality could have been better.

The hotel insisted on payment upon arrival, not departure. I found this inconvenient. from my side room, the view was just of other buildings. panoramic windows in hallways were so dirty it was hard to see outside. This really detracted from the experience.

The hotel had a beautiful beach. It also featured a tunnel that allowed easy access. The all-inclusive menu changed daily. This meant there was always something new to try. The room was spacious with really good sea views.

The reception staff could have been more cute upon arrival.

The outdoor pool offered amazing views. It also never felt crowded. I appreciated how easy it was to find a lounger, especially because i wanted to get the best spots to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

i loved this hotel! rooms where so clean always. everyone is brillant and kind, i think. burak, from the entertainment, make sure we knew where to go! he is very cute.

the bed sheets do not cover the beds completely. i felt the sheets were rough. there is no soap dish in the bathroom, what a miss! i also only received two small water bottles.
